Same Name.

[3rdRoF T.Conroy]

Hello Everyone.

So I was on FSE Forums the other day and I saw that there was another regiment with the same name as mine. My regiment however was created on 23/11/2012 after this forum post  http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,255494.msg6126783.html#msg6126783. Whilst I don't mind sharing the name as long as the in game tags are different (I mean we are from different sides of the world), I recieved the following response:

Hey mate, just letting you know that the 3rdRoF allready exists as a NW regiment. I started it on the 27/11/2012. Here is the taleworlds post: http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,255494.msg6126783.html#msg6126783

I have no problem with you being the 3rd Regiment of Foot as long as you don't use the tags 3rdRoF.

There are no real regulations for this - the community is always the judge. And typically we go by the amount of time the regiment has been active. 'official forums' never had an affect on it.

As for the way he said what he said, I have doubts that it meant it to be malicious.
