Is it really possible to make sacrifices at the hofs of Nordic gods? And if yes, then how to do it?

Never heard of this, but if you could what advantages could it give other than relation increases?

The gothi of the hof sacrifice for you if you pay 500 as donation, it just increase relation with pagans.
Also there is a single druid in the ancient stones that  perform a special sacrifice that increase a random atribute once.

There is also the "make a sacrifice to the gods" before battle option but is it just determined by luck or does the chance of it being successful depend on your relation with pagans?

As far as i know its just luck, same with speech.

Making a sacrifice to the gods before a battle isn't really worth it though. Only use it when you're pretty low in morale and really really desperate.

Yeah but using "Impassion your men with a rousing speech only give like +2 morale.
