I upgraded to 1.166 and this quit working, of course WSE only supports 1.153 and isn't being worked on anymore. The work around listed in the WSE thread doesn't work for me. This is what I did. I upgraded to 1.166, I renamed the new .exe warband_new, then I deleted the warband icon from my desktop and put warband_new shortcut in its place, then I placed the 1.153 .exe and the WSE files into the warband folder. WSE runs the 1.153 .exe and if I want to run 1.166 the desktop icon starts it they both seem to work fine so far, I'm running the new fmodex.dll. I hope this helps some people that want to run WSE mods.
As far as the mod I think it can only be worked on with the 1.153 module system.

Some background
I almost named this mod Emperor Alfonzos Bad Dream. Emperor Alfonzo is a character of mine that conquered all the land in my Heraldic armies mod and ruled it for several years before I quit playing. I thought a rulers nightmare could possibly make for an interesting mod. So here we are, and this is what I imagined.
He keeps dreaming that he is starting over from the beginning, but the land and people aren't quite right. More land, more peoples, the familiar lands seem the same but the people are a little different.
Basically you are playing a young Alfonzo in his nightmare land.
