Ah, so that's why I had a hard time obtaining them! (Sea raiders tend to be generous in providing projectiles, you only have to persuade them to drop it.)
 
That's odd i have 1.143 and I have no problems to find arrows/bolts/gloves...
One thing you can do is having two versions of M&B so you are sure that you can play everything  :razz:
 
Some questions/suggestions:

1) Will you be adding any new arms and armor from community mods like sallets, bascinets, more types of plate etc, with some types of armor unique to certain factions? Rhodokian lords in Milanese/Italian plate, sarranid camel cavalry, and Swadian knights in gothic/german plate would be awesome. pleasepleasepleaseplease consider this. :smile:

2) Are the many new faces used for random soldiers/lords too to diversify the game? It was really grating in native how all khergits looked the same.

3) Will you be adding any new character creation options? Different fathers, different childhoods, different vocations... I didn't like that I couldn't have a history as a baseborn soldier, farmer, tavern owner, legal hunter, thief....

Many of the items suggered will be in the mod, but for now the mod is "hibernating" because I am currently working on another one and I'll see what I can do about different background stories and starting equipment.
And thanks to the many new faces made by other modders i can make the factions look better and more diversificated.
 
Just wanted to stop by and say my thanks for polished native. It's like a compilation of my favourite mods.

And maybe you should upload a new file to the repository including that hotfix there. Most people are lazy like me you know and their eyes only read the "download" button, not the rest. I had some script error fest before I realised I should come back to this topic.

    I know the word was already sent out to the Freelancer team but I'm just reporting that I have been experiencing the same bug as Codename 47 mentioned; not receiving armor with each promotion after the hot-fix as well as weekly payments ceasing after the first battle under a lord. I also had some equipment taken away after a promotion, but that could of just been King Harlaus trying to integrate a berserker unit :lol:. Nevertheless this mod still rocks, keep up the good work!
 
Yeah playing the naked Berserk is fun for some time but archers tend to kill you easily...
I got the new version almost ready, I just need to fix the freelancer bugs. The thing is that the Freelancer team is busy and I don't know when they will release the source with the bug free version so meanwhile I will be adding something from time to time.

Please don't do that. What makes this mod so good is that it provides native experience, fiddling with troop trees and new items(okay, new items might be fine) would only make it...well, pointless.

I mean it's definitely a good mod but there are already 2 mods that alter everything, Floris and NE, I don't think we need a third one.

However this mod just builds up on native, without sacrificing or changing anything, so It's good. :smile:

Go to your Warband path, click on CommonRes and select ani_attacks, ani_attacks_single, ani_defends, etc(and anything else you see related.)

Copy those ani files and put them in your Modules/SnD's Polished Native/Resource folder.
 
The freelancer part of this breaks the game for me. Before patch I can't talk to my lord and can't go to cities that I'm stationed at. After patch, I don't receive any items for promotions. Pls fix because I'm addicted to freelancer right now. Other than that I don't have any problems to speak of... btw, great mod!

For now I can't do anything, I've been waiting for the souce of version 1.3 which is bug free but the team that is develloping freelancer didn't had the time to finish it...
I contact them from time to time but they are really busy.
