Fine, even though Late Roman era Germans look similar to Vikings anyway. Early German pics. Please be aware, that Early Germanics are different from Gallic Celts. The latter had access to more chain armor, thus their nobles used top of the line helms,armor, and weapons. Early Germans for the most part used no armor, except for their elite. Their main weapon was the spear as well, except for a few who probably had enough wealth to buy swords.

Late Roman Germans or 10th Century Germans? If you mean the former, you might as well name it Franks, Goths, Alamanni,etc, but I'll have to look for some Danish/Viking pictures if you mean the latter. Here is some Celtic pictures. Oh, and whoever said the Celts and Germans are the same.

first you download the main file(~38mb), then you extract the .rar archive ( with 7zip or winrar) then you copy the Rome mod folder and paste on the mod folder inside Warband folder on program files.
After that you just have to download the patches and quickfixes and paste the extracted archives inside Rome mod folder

Ok poll ended... so please post Late roman era germans pics for reference.... By monday i'll be back from my trip and will start searching models/asking for other mods, etc for the next faction...

Persia/Galia/Early Germans (depends the speed i get models for them)

Nothing against DesideriusDolens in any bad way, but this is the first time I have seen any kind of mod being developed by a recruit, nice job

I would suggest you add diplomacy, to the game.
