Hi, all
Japanese castle's are not suitable for warband and Mnb...
By the way, in Warband though Dhirm tends to become a grueling battlefield
and is it scheduled to replace it with Historic the castle and the town?

More please, more!

Some Arab castles would be nice too, any Byzantine castles worth mentioning? Dirt wall castles! Wood castles!

Adorno you genius, don't you ever die!
How kind of you to care

About Japanese castles: No models in Warband resemble them so it's plain impossible.

The last castles are made with some of the many new items in 1.121,
so I won't release them until the patch is released.
This project is now hibernating and I've teamed up with Idibil and the Brytenwalda mod. Dark Age Britain, yay!

Adorno 说:
I'm mostly interested in British/Norman castles around 1066-1300,
but also from earlier periods - I just don't have much knowledge of fortifications before William came

Castles are just big houses with big walls, fortifications existed prior to the Norman invasion of England but only in the sense that the walls got bigger.

Goltho in Lincolnshire is the most commonly cited example of a pre-Norman fortification. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goltho (Not very useful )

That sounds great, but Britain wasn't involved in that were they?
Regardless most of the castles should fit the timeframe
If you're using version 1.121 (the upcoming patch in beta) I can upload the last 3 castles for you to try out.

Yes, that wasn't very useful
Seriously, it would be interesting to make a simple castle consisting of a big mansion with a large garden surrounding it,
only fortified by small garden walls, creating chokeholds so it would still be possible to defend against odds.

Ooh.....how about a manor for some of the villages? maybe make the start point for your army in it's courtyard when defending it from a raid and the objective point when ridding village of bandit infestation.... Not sure how hard that would be....

Eastern/Asian? You talked about the Burgundian War - so now I'm confused

(I assume 'Locks' is 'looks')

I,m can explain Ulrich von Liechtenstein.Flanders in Mod have “Khergits” Castles№ 41-46
In England…Castles(Native)№5,10,11,12,32,34,36.Your,s Castles№20,26,37 in Mod looks beautifull.Thank you.

Oh okay, I misunderstood. I thought Ulrich wanted Asian looking castles

Then I hope the last 3 castles can also be of use, as soon as the patch is released.

Awesome work Adorno! I love it.

By the way, if you ever see a Russian using a translator say "locks" on a medieval related site changes are relatively high he means "castles".

if you want to transform all the castles of the game into these, what should you do,so there is no mistake on them.Cause i tried by myself to do this and there was a big pool(i mean there is water in the caslte like being in the sea) usually in each castle or a big mountain or the ground is black.Any help would be very usefull.

All castles

So you just renamed the files. I haven't tried myself but apparently that doesn't work, as you found out
Then I have no idea how it's done. Maybe someone else knows... *scans the room*
