Actually american children are taught in a union controlled socialist teaching style geared more toward teach young women than males (with no competition or choices between schools). That is why the school system rank the lowest in the world and with the most money spent per student. Unlike like the College level education which ranks number one in the world and is a free market system with all the world student trying to get in.

And what really matters this game rocks and in the early years of gun powder most people couldn't afford it and until mass casting manufacturing. No tool, weapon or armor, was affordable... they where pass down.

And what does left or right have to do with this game. If you are going to spout, speak facts not politics.

First - We are not taught the important things and only learn those things called lies, even our own history is twisted into lies, propoganda is a big problem and has been since before independence. Government lies.

Second - really how much did gunpowder and weaponry, any references i could look at? I had supposed it would be costly but it seems you have lots of info. I thought blacksmiths made good money making weapons?

I have 15 years Metalsmith experience in the trade.  I learned a lot history about metals in general. Metal-smithing  involves Chemistry, Mathematics, History, Earth Science, Physics, and practice even with early blacksmithing. Most Blacksmiths had tools of the trade for farrier and/or fixing farm equipment. Few were weapon smiths, Jewelers, Guilders and even fewer were gunsmiths. Gun-smithing required more tooling equipment (most important a water wheel).

As for what they made money wise that depends on if they were retained by the governments or paid for by piece completed. Most traders of weapons/tools where not overly welcomed by governments and theirs weapons had mostly been used weapons they traded, looted and bought from others to sell. If you where going to get a high grade weapon you would ordered and bought that from the weapon smith themselves.

In all buying a weapon or gun from a smith was the way to go and the most expensive (could be a life worth of earnings for some people). The man who made these weapons had a couple of decades of practice and spent months if not a year to complete fully, a fine weapon. Wasn't until modern day casting manufacturing that we could by things for a lot cheaper (1700s and up wards).

I hope you all realize that during the 1578 it wasn't mostly melee or mostly gunpowder. It was evenly integrated depending on the armies finances. An army that belongs to a wealthy baron will obviously be better funded, thus he is undoubtedly going to have as many cannons and firearms as his heart desires. But something you all forget is that it's not just having these weapons that requires money, you have to recruit men who can operate them correctly, you have to buy ammunition, for cannons you'd need to buy horse and wagons to transport it. And the cost of gunpowder itself is going to give our little noble friend something to think about.

Also whoever was going on some tyrade about right wing propaganda and politics and what not, go to a different forum please. This is about Mount and Blade and the Warband expansion and their mods. We don't care about you're or anyone elses political opinions and frankly the person you directed it too hadn't made a single political comment from what I saw.

I can see that the stuff from Age of Blackpowder is used here. Can you give me a download of all the guns and uniforms? Because here are no guns with Bayonets and Napoleonic stuff.

Very, very nice mod!

How do you fix a "get_mesh failed for mesh: sky_box_01" error? I keep getting it when I try to start an new game.

Try downloading the mod again, if you already have some game progress just chuck the save games into the right folder and continue.

Nice, I tried it for a few minutes and I really like it .

Tried to combine it with "Polished" mod and keep getting "get_object failed for texture: bushes", though.

Seperate from each other both mods run fine. Any ideas? I'm using 1.134. Thanks a lot in advance!

Muskeeter or everyone who play this mod
May be if you looking at soldier costumes in "Dynamic Lighting" will be lookin' weird, and i had do something to make them work with "Dynamic Lighting", with Normal Mapping, you can download "uniform_normalmap.dds" in http://www.mbrepository.com/file.php?id=2758
Let me know if this is doesn't work, this is for my experiments & experience

I prefer riflemen, as they can match others in combat, but kill most of enemy BEFORE getting into hand-to hand combat.

EDIT: Cool mod btw   Is there coming formations or that stuff like "volley of fire"? (yes, i have soft spot for formations/tactics )
