It's just impossible to swing sword like this in armor.
Without sword and armor when you'll make this move, you'll feel a lil pain, but in armor.... No... Just can't do this. I fought In full plate armor and also in mail parts, and specially in mail it wont be able to do.

Then go complain to Armagan.

ech, not really to Armagan. It's one of the "new" animations. - it's the axe throwing one used for a swing. It's highly unrealistic, that's true. Backswing like that is completely unnecessary and the attack will be weak.

That's about as good as it gets, making new animations (from scratch) is impossible as far as I know.

Shield Bash will only work with the mod, where he is.

Just extract all files from Shield Bash + Formations + Morale folder or Shield Bash Only folder in Mount&Blade\Modules\Native, and paste this file http://depositfiles.com/files/jg71vh76z, enjoy! =)
