RQ: suggest a mod

Hello guys,

I played normal M&B for very long time (and also long time ago ) and I decided it's time to start warband too

My favourite mod back then was Sword of Damocles, although it is ported here, it looks sorta abbandoned...

So I need an advice what mods to try, in order to expand the gameplay in the similar way or even beyond? I have no idea, since I haven't the warband at all and I don't know what can be achieved through modding and what cannot. However I enjoyed the elements of state building and the eventual invasion at the end, which I had to defend. In addition, I used some mods to put some more units in battles, it really felt epic.
Im less interested in just historic or fantasy visual mods, which add little to the gameplay, but only more lore, although they can be nice sometimes too.

Nova Aetas is a lot of fun. It’s a renaissance mod in Calradia and it adds tons of features. I don’t know if that’s what you are looking for.

I don't know, i checked few mods but the descriptions are too long, and i'm not sure if they expand the gameplay like I want or they just add cosmetic overlap or small features i'm not so interested in

In any case, the mod you suggested looks amazing and I'm sure the dev put a lot of effort making it
