Also good was that i found out module textures no longer over-ride native ones automatically. I've PMed armagan about this so hopefully that will be sorted for the bugfix as well. It would be annoying for him to have to update that as well.

It appears this is only for UI meshes. Iy'll be fixed next version acording to arma :smile:
 
The skyboxes are amazing  :grin: apart from the one with the egg moon. In that case it's amazinly funny.
 
Can you still make one for 0.751 cos I still play 0.751 - I don't mean to delay you but I have waited so long to play this mod and I would really like to use it on 0.751.
 
Or it could be that they just can't wait for rpg mod and don't want to have to wait while it's changed to be 0.800 compatible.

Doing what you suggest will end up slowing down the whole mod, since Yoshi will have to work on something that will lead to a dead end. Yoshi can't work on both a .751 and a .800 version at the same time.
 
The point is that Yoshi has already done the hole of the mod (of which we've been shown screen shots) in 0.751, so no it wouldn't take ages.
 
Well, he has to redo all of the scenes because of the new code.  (Unless, of course, someone creates a converter)

The good news is that this is not so. I just have to improve them a little. As far as i can tell old scene codes still work. I just touch them up nicely in edit mode :smile: Score.
