Rome Total War Mods

I've recently tried picking up RTW again, because I love the total war series and Roman Culture in general.
However, the vanilla game is historically inaccurate, and way to easy, even on the hardest difficulty.

Does anyone have any good suggestions for mods? Never really looked into and mods for the game before.

I couldn't really find anything that was convincingly good.
Also, I'd rather take the opinion of someone that I know than some random modder.

Also, I'm looking for a high degree of historical accuracy, and better graphics are a plus, too.

I'd also suggest Rome Total Realism. I'm a bigger fan of EB, but stability issues have broken my heart on a number of occasions.
