I do not see rule that prohibits you to play if you have less then 8 players. So I guess you have right to play even if you have 1 player if it would be fun for you :\

Ukraine team. Sorry and apologizes, but we cant make it. However we decided we only want to play against Canada where we have some real chances and withdraw after that.
