I've got the same graphics chipset and had the same problem. It seems to be something to do with a conflict between bump mapping and pixel shaders with the 9200.
You have 2 options:
1 - disabling shadows in the in-game options seems to work
2 - disabling bump mapping in the launch config works too, but the randomly placed boulders seem to glow in poor light condidtions.
I use option 2, because glowing rocks in combat looks marginaly less stupid than guys with no shadows everywhere.
