Robotizing followers?

How can I make my followers (lords/vassals following me) stop running away from/after other parties and just following me throug the map? It's really annoying when i have to fight a 400 ppl army and 300 of mine start running away when they see them coming.

PS: I gave the search function 10 tries before posting this.

I can't find this, I tried the search engine of the forum and even google for a day and can't find it.
I'll try copying the text from the script of that guy, is there anything special I have to do besides copying/pasting the text into the mentioned files?
