river map

The river map is truly a crock. Doesn't work right for the ai and doesn't work right for my army. If I see the river map with the bridge I immediately leave or reload a save. I either chase or lure an enemy away from the river just not to get that sorry map.

Battle on the bridge. Enemies decided to drown himself rather than to fight.

It has been fixed. The new map will have water too shallow to allow anyone to drown.

Too bad. I liked waiting for the enemy on the other side (in the rare instances he gets across the bridge okay) and then driving them down the slope into the water with my troops. That was fun.
