right to rule?

How do I gain right to rule in this mod? I dont see option to send companions to spread word.

Well, there are different ways to gain it, for example building things in your manor or fortified manor increases your RtR, when your faction is at war after some time and if you won't loose any possesion from enemy assaults, if your king signs peace you gain RtR, etc...
