Rigging questions..

Ok, been fiddling with rigging some more. However, whenever I get it ingame, for some reason it's always slightly offset so the neck doesn't go into the collar. I've fixed this by counter offsetting it in the 3d editor, but I was wondering if there was a better solution so I didn't have to do that. Is it something to do with the axis?

Also, I heard that boots can be animated meshes.. I was just wondering how? I've exported the mesh, it appears in the inventory slot, but not actually in the game.

Anyone got any thoughts?
