as he was not present in the last Europe 1200 FOR M&B,i supposed that he will not be in the mod, cause he was dead in the year 1200

Yep, good Richard the Lionheart was as good as dead in 1200. And yet, I made a mistake when writing Robin Hood's dialogue and I made him say that he would "wait for Richard's return", as if he had to come back from the Crusades.

My bad. Maybe that's where the confusion comes from.

Take care!

A death of a person like Richard could well be known by everyone, especially who admired him like Robin Hood.

It took more than a year till Henry of Flanders found about the death-in-captivity of his brother, Baldwin.

Yes, but it's different. Baldwin died in the East, while Richard's death was something very, very commented. Not to mention John became king. That is proof enough of Richard's death. Many would have known that the king was dead.

Two weeks after Janos Hunyadi, the White Knight, defeated Mehmet II, parties and celebrations were thrown up around all of the Mediterranean Christian towns. They lit up bonfires at the top of the belltowers and everyone went out to the street to dance and eat. I would love to live this moment.

And I wonder why you guys choose the year 1200?

I didn't choose year 1200 like that, it was just a random name I came up with, something like "Medieval Europe" would have been much more suiting for what I was doing actually. When I started this whole thing all I could do was adding factions, troops and items, which I then did. There was nothing historical accurate about the mod other than the kingdoms I used existed in year 1200. I added plate armors, way-out-of-the-time-frame-troop-types etc. Well, people seemed to be taking the 1200 part much more seriously than me, so with the constant corrections and suggestions from people (lead by Cèsar), it turned out to be semi-historical when we reached 2.2, and what I would call a historical accurate mod in 2.3x.

i had so much fun in 2.3 version :P

If you saw my brother during this time, I'd be heavily disappointed. However; I'm quite happy to give my little nephew a home in this mod, just as I did in real life. Little Arthur was a great boy and I'm happy to see our struggles made so dramatic.

I hope he's as agreeable in this game as he was in real life.

That is unexpected.

But you did kill little Arthur, did you not?

As Mister Lacklands laywer I feel compelled to point out that any information from this period is tenious at best and could not possibly be relied upon in court. I must insist you cease all accusations against my client and would advice him not to answer such a slanderous question!

Accidents happen, it's tragic but true.
