Rgl Error

When i start Mount & Blade i got a error sign " RGL ERROR " where it stands Unable to restore index buffer, when i klick ok whole mount & blade closes, i tried to ignore it but it wont start anyway. So i looked at the rgl_log and it stands like this :

WARNING: Unable to find material  background_stone
ERROR: Unable to restore index buffer.


anyone knows what i should do ?

Full reinstall. Make sure your graphics driver is up to date, check you have the latest Direct X Version and if all else fails try switching to DX7 rendering and minimum graphics options, see if you can get it to start.
