RGL error on "get 4 swabian footmen" quest

on version 0.700 got a RGL error when completing the "get 4 swabian footmen" quest the error window says:

illegal value in statement; Opcode = 20060

it's the second time I get this error on this same quest (got it once in sargon and once in suna), game CTDs afterwards
