Need More Info RGB Rocks and Stones

Summary: This has started going on since last year I was just too lazy to post it since I wasn't too bothered by it. Basically on Port of Omor and one of the TDM maps which I can't recall the name of, rocks appear like shown in the picture.
How to Reproduce: I don't know anyone else with this problem.

Have you tried verifying the game ffiles?

Plenty of times due to deleting the sound folder to try and get rid of the sound bug last week.
