Resource's and economical

I have trained alot of farmers, miners and woodcutters, but im not getting any resource's at all, it has gone 10 days

If you're really desperate to get some resources though you could raid another settlement, but since you're likely in the early game you won't get much from it except a few enemies.

Raiding's a good tactic no matter what. Of course, while you're waiting the whole month, you can do other things like recruit peasants, raid, train your men up, the odd mock siege, kill bandits, make scenes, etc... There's enough to do if you put your mind to it. And some old fashioned self-indulged roleplay is always a helper.
