Resolved Resolution settings changed after crash when not launching in safe mode

Summary: Game crashes frequently and rarely is due to a video problem but every time I re-open it I'm asked if I want to launch it in safe mode and even when I choose no the game is launched in a "safe" low resolution. That would not be a problem with the game did not crash so often but it does.
How to Reproduce: Open the game after a crash.
Version: 1.0.7
Computer Specs: Ryzen 5 2600, 16GB, RX 470, SSD.
