Resolved Resolution changes after game crashes

When the game crashed and I let the TW crash dump upload dialog box appear and submit my crash data, I restart the game and click 'NO' to starting in safe mode. The resolution is super fuzzy. I closed the game and restarted it and it was still fuzzy. The resolution read 'CUSTOM'. When I changed display mode to 'WINDOWED', it was small. Maybe 1024x768. Maybe a little larger.

Anyways, the solution was to change the resolution back to 'DESKTOP RESOLUTION'.

This has happened at least twice so far.

Version: e1.1.0
Computer Specs:
OS: WIN 10, 64-bit
GPU: GTX 980-ti, 6GB
CPU: i7-4770K @ 4.0GHz
RAM: 8GB, PC3-10700 Mushkin
Motherboard: ASUS Maximus VI Hero
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): Samsung 860 EVO 250GB, Samsung 840 EVO 1TB

I just verified that the resolution DOES NOT CHANGE if you select 'YES' to starting in safe mode, but you have to select the brightness and exposure adjustments or whatever they are.

One thing to note though, I didn't submit a TW crash dump, so you may get different results.
