All right, no more posting. Every player should now PM me with "Reject" or "approve" for the mission team that Hulk has selected.
edit:
For reference that is this team:
HULKSMASH 说:
Alright well if there are no objections I'd like to officially nominate HULKSMASH, Vieira, and Konig.
I think this means that there can be some last discussion before I call it to a vote.
After a brief meeting, the First Proposed Mission-team for Mission #01 was created by Leader Hulksmash;
[*] Hulksmash
[*] Vieira
[*] König
After a show of hands the vote count is as follows;
1 Hulk
Approves
2 Konig
Approves
3 Eternal
Approves
4 Xardob
Rejects
5 Gaham
Approves
6 Pharaoh Llandy
Approves
7 Dodes
Approves
8 Brutus
Approves
9 Grimmend
Approves
10 Vieira
Approves
With 9 Approvals and 1 rejection that means that the mission team is a go.
Tonight Hulksmash, Vieira and König will go out to infiltrate the largest fuel refinery with the intention to sneakily sabotage the refinery to produce less refined fuel, causing the fuel to be much more unstable and hopefully causing many problems in the form of fiery death throughout the empire.
Hulk, Vieira and König, please PM me if you Support or Sabotage the mission.
Please note that only 1 sabotage is needed to sabotage/fail the mission.
Also; Resistance Operatives MUST always choose to support, and Spies may choose to either Support or Sabotage on their own discretion.
Plus, he's leading the second mission, so it may be advantageous to be able to get some kind of read on him before he starts his own nomination process.
Come on, you have to explain yourself. You play werewolf.
Right now a no vote looks incredibly suspicious, and if you don't explain yourself, I don't think many people will be inclined to vote you onto a team with be behavior like that.
It was a good opportunity to gather more information. The team wasn't a bad choice, but I was going to reject any team that didn't have me as a member. I didn't want to pass on the opportunity of seeing more players nominating their own teams.
The only reason I didn't is because I figured if there's one or more spies here, then the low number of mission attendees gives me a pretty good idea of who one (or more) of them might be.
This is the longest mission ever. Honestly, even a Voyager away-mission doesn't take this long. How come that fuel refinery hasn't had the pants sabotaged off it by now?
The Resistance had chosen amongst it's members 3 candidates to infiltrate the refinery.
Each of them received false papers and loads of make up was applied over a period of 2 hours to make them look scruffy, rough and blue too look just like the workers whose skin had grown an extra somewhat permanent blue layer due to repeated exposure to the fuel fumes. This proved to be highly unnecessarily as some bright mind had invented a new and improved shampoo that was released earlier today on the market, which most of the workers had bought and had miraculously cleaned them just about enough to no longer be entitled to 'blue skins'.
After playing a game of cabbage, wolf and sheep with 7 referees, the team decided that Hulk had to sacrifice his left arm for a crude bionic arm with hidden compartments to store a few essentials.
The checkpoint however gave no trouble at all and the guards just waved them on. It occurred to the team that it might have gone a bit too easy so they decided to initially fall in with the night shift and after a good couple of hours meet back up at at the Mars vending machine to start the next part of the mission. During the night-shift, the team couldn't help but notice that most of the other workers started retching up blue blood and a few other unpleasant occurrences. Owing to that the night shift group was severely reduced and many new jobs opened up.
König's reason for joining the resistance actually had something to do with this, as he was a very wealthy man but since the Government has laws against Animal-testing as well as testing on humans, many products had nasty side effects that not even the rich could shield them selfs from. Wholly unfair.
In any case, the team got to work and set out for a filter room as Vieira produced a small slug rifle and stood guard. Though really it didn't seem very necessary, as the place was mostly deserted by now.
Whilst hulk sobbed softly in the corner (he seemed to be a bit upset about losing a limb made out of flesh), König got down to work and made the required changes, swapping out a few mechanism and spraying some special bacterial gel, that would soon adapt to it's environment like a chameleon and start spreading, to cause the much desired instability of any fuel passing through.
After leaving the room, they encountered a few bodies that they had previously encountered as well, so all was well. Deciding that with all the dead people around it would probably only be suspicious to try and leave early so they split up and went back to what remained of the workers just in time as they all returned from a break themselves.
they safely managed to return having successfully done their assigned duty. The trouble that happened prior to this is not much to write about, as it was mostly Hulksmash trying his best to get rid of a large bulking man that was trying to comfort him as he had noticed he cried recently.
Mission 01 successfully carried out!
Thanks to Hulksmash for helping me with creating a chart to keep track of things.
Also my apologies for the delay, I had received a message that jumbled my schedule around a bit.
It is now Day 2, and König is the new Leader.
Mission 02 is to capture an important broadcasting center, transmit a message that announces the existence of the Resistance to many of the Imperial citizens after which the entire building should be flattened.
Presumably the fact that as we get further on in the missions we're going to need at least 1 more person to win, and if that 1 person is a spy he has nothing to lose by voting to sabotage.
