So when I saw this in the patch notes for v. 1.4.3 I got to thinking, maybe the multiplayer part of this feature is semi-implemented,
so we can get a "sneak peak" for what this feature is going to look like.

Turns out I was correct....
The campaign.assets.BANK, when "de-.Banked" is a folder filled with all sorts of sound effect, from Husnphree dying sounds to shield sound effects.
Although that is all fun and games (you can make some funny "scenes" with Audacity sound editor) there were several files that caught my attention

jambw_mp_help (x11 variants) (upload)
jambw_mp_positive (x10 variants) (upload)

jbw_mp_askhelp (x6 variants) (upload)
jbw_mp_defendposition (x5 variants) (upload)
jambw_mp_sorry (x12 variants) (upload)

Now I think that it is not a big assumption that this is a part of MP, not SP. The obvious "_mp_" tag in the middle of the filename and the fact that it is a bit useless to say sorry to an NPC kinda gives this away.
I am a bit hyped for this to be implemented.
 
It sounds kind of silly I guess but my favourite part of playing league of legends again recently is all the tongue in cheek BM you can do.

Give me a dabbing emote so I can dab on someones dead corpse after a kick pila kill
