Im getting irritating of the lag all the time, i dont get it. i can max BF3, but not this somehow.

heres my system :

    Operating System: Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit
    System Manufacturer: MSI
    System Model: MS-7681
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
    Memory: 8192MB RAM
    Available OS Memory: 8172MB RAM
    Graphics card : XFX Radeon HD 6990 4GB GDDR5

    anyone knows why? thanks.

It's not really anything to do with your specs, but rather PWMod usually has massive amounts of props on the maps causing lag.

I have no idea why your system is not working well: my brother's computer with an i5 750 4 core, 4GB RAM, ATI Radeon 5700, and Windows 7 runs the current NA scene smoothly at 50 - 80 FPS with maximum graphical settings, and my system - AMD Phenom II 840 4 core, 4GB RAM, nvidia 8800GT, and linux using wine runs the scene at about 30 - 50 FPS; your specifications are considerably better than both. You should be able to disable graphics options and use DirectX7 mode to have the FPS stay above 80, I would guess, though DirectX9 mode should be smooth.

Try a graphics driver update.

New cards generally don't run well until after 1-2 driver updates.

Iv'e tried pretty much everything.
running on low settings wont solve the problem either.
seems it's something wrong with the game, I'd say bad optimized.

You could check your FPS after the map update we're going to have on United in a couple of days. We're removing some things in order to fix the issue some players are having with lag on our map.

Try restricting your maximum fps. Having too much FPs can cause lag aswell.

You can limit it under the Configurations menu where you select the mod to start.

Around 70 max FPS should do it.

May have to do with your region and not actually graphics/prop lag. If you are in US and play on united it may purely be region based lag.

He said Lag, lag can come from either. He probably does mean fps, but in the off chance he does not, it could be region based.

Perhaps Warband doesn't know what's going on when you feed it that fancy 6990. Is there any way to disable the dual GPU or something? I mean, your i7 could probably run Warband better than the FPS you're experiencing. Once again, update drivers and see if you can disable that second GPU.
