the background should be Dark Gray, the borders (frame) Gold and the hawk gold but so you can see the feathers and red eyes and the beak and claws silver.

I was hoping for a Banner that will work in Warbands and Fire and sword.

I'm really hoping it could look a lot like this without the words, or at least the same concept, big image so I slapped it in a spoiler tag.

obviously I'm not expecting even half the detail as in the images, just whatever you feel like putting the effort into.
The first one i think would work best if you are going to simply transplant it to a flag, but the second one is more of a reference to the general concept and style.

It's far better then I hoped! Thank you so much..... one thing though... how do install it

- Download DDS Converter.
- Convert one banner file from the mod you want to .bmp (banners_a.dds or banners_b.dds ...), and open the .bmp file with GIMP, Paint.net or Photoshop.
- Then remplace an original banner of the game by your new banner (a black banner is better in your case).
- Save the .bmp file, and convert this file to .dds
- Paste this new file in your mod's folder, and remplace if it is asked. (Must have a name like banners_a.dds or banners_b.dds ...)

Ummm your english is fine... it's my brain that is bad....  it would seem my knowledge of computers is far lower then I had anticipated....

I'll give that a shot, but I have a feeling I'll be back asking for more help 

EDIT: Okay so I do need some help, Got the converter, and the banner you made... I have gimp... but that's about as far as I got, it would also seem that the banner you made is just a few pixels bigger in all dimensions....

Now this is the part where you walk my stupid face through this....

Just reduce the size of the banner with GIMP.
