I can remember a film I watched a couple of years ago but I cannot remember the name of it, I remember a lot of the plot so I'lltry paint a decent picture of it.
Its about a bunch of bored rich kids , who start robbing banks or going on killing sprees (not sure which, may be both).And the cops are trying to stop them basically.I remember at one stage in the film they find a "funhouse" that's rigged with traps etc. and the kids kill the cops off.The ring leader is the police commissioner's son.It ends on the roof of a building where the son points an unloaded gun at the police and is shot.
Its an international film, its either Korean or Japanese, any help putting a name to it will be greatly appreciated!
