Sorry for having to create a topic about this, but I can't seem to find this series again.
I remember reading a series a while back, say about 6 years ago. Now I'm trying to find it again but have no idea who wrote it, what the title is or the series name.
All I can remember was that it involved:
1) A woman and a guy for main characters.
2) Involved something about three moons (or planets?).
3) A group of people from one race trying to return to their homeworld.
4) Something about how two races cannot mate without having insane and/or powerful offspring.
5) The heroine has a bloodline which includes all three races which is unprecedented in said series.
6) In a part where the hero goes to rescue the heroine, he says "I'm here to rescue you" before fainting and also managed to get his hair singed.
