In Progress Reproducible crash in city trade menu when pressing key while using item amount slider

Summary:
How to Reproduce:
1. trade with any city
2. select item from inventory to sell
3. click and hold the item amount slider
4. press 'd'

Happened a couple of times and I was able to reproduce the problem.
