In Progress Repeated crashes, both upon launch and within the game

I was unable to submit crash reports through the automated tool, so I took to the forums. It appears I can't attach images (I snipped the Crash Uploader and its associated failure dialogue) but I will include what I wrote on the crash description:

This crash happened right as i was going to enter the battle dialogue. I just caught up to a group of looters. The loading screen began, and then the game crashed.

In addition to this, I have had repeated loading screen crashes while beginning the game.

I have also had many issues with FPS drops and stuttering. I haven't tried lowering the settings substantially, but I do have a halfway decent PC.

GeForce GTX 1060
Intel i5-8300H CPU @ 2.3GHz
8 GB RAM
1920x1080, 60 Hz

Hello, we have fixed the crash uploader with multiple other issues. I will inform the devs about this issue. In the meantime, can you please tell me if your problem persists after the late patches.
