Rep and Party Size

I was curious, how much rep is needed to increase party size? I know leadership can increase party size but even with 10 leadership, you only get +50 soldiers (another + 30 * 5 for charisma) for a total of 150 soldiers. A lot of kings run around with 300+ so i'm curious what kind of rep would I need to get that high? (and how much rep is required per soldier).

You get one extra soldier for every 25 renown. Keep in mind that renown decreases over time.

AI Kings have a 100 soldier bonus, which explains why their groups are so big.
