Renaming Woes

Renaming a unit in the game, simple yes?

not for me... i used the unof editor, clicked save, launched a new game, and not a single change i made worked??
when i view the .txt files i see in there the new unit names but not in game, any ideas?


hmm seems that may idea of creating a new folder within the mods folder and coping the native files in there and editing them from there didnt work, overright the native files and choose to load the native game and the changes i made work.

For some reason this game only reads troops.txt from modsnative.
