Historically, custom worldmaps were made by removing terrain from Sandbox\Main_map and rebuilding. However, with v1.0.0 removing terrain crashes the editor immediately after bypassing this assert:
Removing terrain on my custom campaign map also crashed the Scene Editor (for all I know removing terrain from any scene might now crash the editor). As I still can't upload your crash reports here's a link to the crash zip file for the crash when removing terrain from my custom campaign map.
PS the only reason I've been removing terrain again is because my Worldmap, which worked fine in e1.8.1 crashes, loading into the game under v1.0.0. and I was attempting a rebuild to diagnose the problem: https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?threads/custom-campaign-map-crashes-on-v1-0-0.454933/
