I regret to inform you that the 77th do not wish to join the army yet because of previous experiences with people trying to take control. For now we will stay neutral but we might reconsider joining if it becomes better organized.

Right we have a pressing matter, the lack of russian players, the lack of regiments who play as russians. We Must sort this out, so i send out a message to all exsisting russian players, Fight well, advertise your company and regiment and get asmany people to join as you can. The future of the russian faction depends on it!
