Remember good old Calradian lame saddle horse meat?
Remember the sweet sound of a slaugthered horse?
You can still have that, actually. Just switch disable_food_slot in module.ini to 0 and change-o presto, food slot is back.

It's too bad that feature was removed. I wonder how difficult would it be to mod the same horse killing functionality to the discard box.

Edit: That was a Champion Courser, btw. Just so you know what sacrifices I make for you people.

Remember when one of your troops killed the Noble of the Capture the Noble quest making you pissed off?
Man, **** that. Isn't it kind of back with the "follow the spies and capture them" quest?

Remember when no-one in their right mind would give borcha a crossbow?

"hah, these river pirates will be a piece of cake!  Chaaaaaaar-"
*headshot*
*you received 99 damage*
*you have died*

I am glad that the food slot is gone. I have to go to the inventory every day to put in food in the food slot.

Remember The Holy War mod?
Damn that was a good mod. Sad to see it dead. In b4 someone says they're still working on it. It's dead to me.
They're still working on it.

Haha, yes!

The fond memories...

Haha, yeah, you remember when there was that quest, and you had to go find that party, and every time you tried to fight them the game crashed?

Yeah. Those were the days.

Marnid should have padded cloth when you recruit him, as a nod to anyone who played old versions.

capture the noble. Once I chased that guy for about one and half day. To prevent my men killing that stupid noble, I went to fight alone and got myself knocked out.

Remember the lack of snow and steppe?
Remember the bird's eye view that drives me insane after being used to the new one?
Remember Hugemod & Magnificent seven combo?
Remember Pavlov?
Remember the strange mountains at the edges of battle maps?
Remember enemy troops spawning on those mountains, and trying to climb up and over the edge of the map instead of fighting you?
Remember the hair-tearing joy of sea raiders throwing **** at your knights from those mountains and your knights not reaching them, resulting in stupid casualties?
Remember the grasshopper militiamen?
Remember people hoping for pets and flutes in the suggestion board?
Remember the old forum layout?
Remember trees growing out of rivers?

I have spoken with my friends and they all miss Zendar like I do. +_+ It was like a home with gates into undiscovered and dangerous world. A place like home.

There were Patrols too, I think.

Remember the crazy terrain? Some slopes were almost impossible to climb. I remember waiting for the attack of Black Khergits. Got bored, went to investigate and find them still dismounting and walking those slopes. And the stuck guys you had to kill with ranged weapon!
