Release without M&B core mechanics?

they need to bring back individualized relations with lords. it would open opportunities for intrigue quests.

the hive mind we currently have is very off putting.

Yes, your right, didnt noticed it, but it seems its not in every dialog possible?!

At least it works in all dialogues with lords.
With notables it doesn't show when hovering over, but you can click on the name to go to encyclopedia and check relation.
Maybe we should notify the UI team about adding it for notables as well.
