Release of SinglePlayer Beta

Hello,

So I was desperate and stupid enough to purchase a beta key for $18. I saw a YouTube title from one of those guys who play the game endlessly and it said "Single Player beta gameplay!". I immediately googled for a way to buy a key, and came across an opportunity on a website and didn't care that it was $18. Unfortunately, it was the Multiplayer Beta which is irrelevant and completely useless to me because I only play singleplayer (hate toxic MP players). I haven't even tried it and it's a virtual paperweight haha. The description was misleading and there was no way to return it since it was plugged in. An impulsive buy that I deeply regret. In hindsight, I think because I always select "interested in single-player" is probably why I never got a key, since it was only MP.

I'm having trouble finding information about the single-player beta and when it will be released. Can I get a link or direct information about it? I plan to buy the game on day 1, despite not playing M&B for years. I finally moved on and it started to become outdated to me. Downloading mods through that site that required a manager became confusing and buggy. Looking forward to the single-player beta and ultimately the release of the game in March! It can't come soon enough.

Single-player is probably not going to get released via the beta access. This being said the game is soon going to launch into Early Access on Steam which is basically a prettier name for an unfinished and unpolished game, also known as alpha or beta. Then again it's going to cost to purchase there.

You answered your own question. "Looking forward to the single-player beta and ultimately the release of the game in March! " Earl access release is in March there is no SP beta.

Yeh, the beta is MP only. SP will be here in March.

I did do research, but I just kept seeing stuff about the release (stuff like FINALLY), gameplay videos, rumors, and MP beta. Perhaps I'm not going to the correct sites, because this forum wasn't working a week or two ago. I also don't use social media, but I'll click stuff to see if the information is provided. As I stated I saw YouTube videos of the SP beta, perhaps it was "gameplay footage". In the MP menu, it has SP greyed out, so I assumed when the SP beta came out you would have access and/or it was out but I only got the MP version.

But appreciate the answers and clarification everyone. I didn't mean to answer my own question haha, I thought the SP beta would be out way before March. Which is a shame that there won't be one. ??

You're right, not every MP player is toxic, but those who stand out definitely are.

I find it awfully sad that people would go out their way and sell their exclusive beta access for money, and as other people have said, SP Beta does and will not exist, you'll have your first chance of that in early access.

As you've now got MP access, multiplayer currently has captain mode, which is very similar to SP battles but you're with players - so it's always worth a shot.

Clearly not enough. Not sure why you'd impulsively waste your money on a beta key you clearly knew nothing about, moreover keys which are being handed out for free by TaleWorlds themselves. Also wouldn't generally trust "youtube guys", many are more often than not uninformed and willingly make clickbait titles to squeeze out as many views as possible (reso-.. cough). I'd recommend trying out MP but we're too toxic for you, so might wanna wait for March, and possibly hold off from buying anything from dodgy sites until then.

I actually deeply appalled by the current playerbase of the beta.
So far not a single gentleman has offered to pleasure my mother or sister and nobody has offered me a ride in their love-rod either.
What happens to common courtesy and chivalry?
There used to be standards in multiplayer games...

Toxicity as an arguement of '' I dont play MP games because MP communities are toxic '' is just a toxic excuse by people who are bad in MP games and live in denial. Games have ways of muting the troublemakers, and it is enough. All the rest are excuses by people who are bad and want to find ways to talk down multiplayer environments because they dont have the will to be good.

SP Beta does not exists, and will never exists.
But Early Access is 2 months near (Of course, you ll have to pay again, this time to TW and full price).
In Early Accesss yes,u will have SP and MP.

Calling people bad at the game when they disagree with you =/= "not holding back your opinion". I actually agree with a lot of what you have to say about Bannerlord but the way you behave just gives ammunition to people who want to claim that all criticism of bannerlord is childish whining. I don't know if you remember but there was that one megathread a few months back where there were massive walls of text documenting everything that was wrong with the game, but Callum only chose to reply to your specific comment because of how unnecessarily rude it was, and how easy it was to discredit everything else you had to say.
