Release as source mod?

Is there any chance for this dead mod to be released as source code and source resources to use it in any alive mod? Some mates on my spanish forum are working on a XVIIth century mod and some things from here could fit perfectly...

Some resources and textures were donated by other mods so you should be careful in doing that to credit them if we borrowed. I do not have the time these days to sit down with this mod and figure that out for anyone. It will have to be done on your own but I wanted to make sure that "warning" was out there.
