Resolved Relations with other lords always stays at 0

Summary: I have sworn loyalty to King Caladog in Battania, but I can't gain relation with any lords or the king. It stays at 0 no matter what I do. I even voted in opposition to everyone to give myself a city, and their relation stayed at 0. No notification is given of any relationship change.

Additionally, releasing enemy lords after battle gives me positive relation and raiding their towns gives me a negative penalty, and I receive the notification, but immediately afterwards, my relations with those enemies is back to 0.

I have no idea how to reproduce any of this, as it just happens.
