Registering my games

I have all the mount and blade games and see the badges on other peoples profiles for having their copies "registered". Is there a way to do this?

Anyone know when we can do this for Bannerlord? Is this gonna be a final release only dealio?

I join the website but i dont see the button to login account. ( is not in the top right bar > )

There is also no current way to get your product key for Bannerlords from steam at the moment it seems.

Yeah, but cant register mount & blade others games ... and i have all them in steam, because i dont see the button to login account.
