Register Warband to Steam

Hi all, I have a question, Can I register Mount&Blade Warband to Steam if the game is of a store?

If you didn't buy it through Steam (or in a retail box that activates via Steam), then the best you can do is add it as a non-Steam game to get access to the chat client, etc, but not achievements.
