Hey I was wondering if anybody is interested in being a part of a regimental league. I want it to work like this; regiments will muster 15 players (as to accommodate smaller regiments) but the regiments must have the same number of men (so it’s fair). Two regiments will face each other, there will be four rounds on the same map this will be a call a match. The regiment with the last man standing wins the round.
1 win=3 points
1 draw= 1 point
1 loss=0 points
Round wins will be accounted for. League will be done in the format of a table
If a regiment loses 4-0 1 bonus point will be awarded to winner and 1 point taken away from loser
Since the battles are four rounds I hope it will be quick and simple as not to clash with trainings and linebattles. I hope the matches will be played on training servers on weekdays like Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. This adds some competition and fun to regiments and linebattles instead of turning up at line battles and doing the same thing every week.
I don’t want this league to be nonstop but to play a certain amount of matches and then a break and then resume with a fresh table.
I wouldn’t expect light infantry or cavalry regiments to partake in this.
I don’t want to launch this until I get some feedback from regiment leaders and others
If you want to change anything or suggest anything new just write it back or if you completely disagree explain your reason please......this could lead to tournaments in the future.
