Have you noticed(yes this topics like my other about dark hunters but it's about refugees)that refugess are more unfair with the loot that other parties. I helped them against dark hunters alll of them got wiped out and i had to finish off the rest(which was pretty much alll of em) and they only let me have a cheap sword that barely sold for 500.If'd of helped the farmers they would of given me more.Anyway have you noticed this?

it's a quantity, not quality thing they have going on. i've been stunlocked in a band of peasant women before in a river. they just kept pounding away 1 hp at a time and killed me.

I think the loot you get depends on how much you actually kill. Lets say you join a battle between dark hunters and a vaegir war party. If you let the vaegir war party kill the dark hunters (lol, like that would ever happen), I think you wouldn't get much loot because you didn't do much killing.
This is just a guess, but the reason I think this, is because the game does a similar thing with prisoners. At the end of a battle, you only have the option to take the prisoners that your men knocked out. I know this because as a noob (im still a noob, but...) I joined in many fights with manhunters and river pirates. It never lets me take any prisoners taht they knocked out, but if I knock out one myself, i can take 1 prisoner at the end, if borcha knocks out two and I knock out one, then at the end of the fight 3 of the prisoners will be mine. I don't see why loot would be any different.

@ Homie, this is not at all true. Loot and prisoners are both in relation to party size.
If you don't believe me, then help out refugees against dark knights and then tell everyone to hold position at the beginning and go solo to kill/maim all the DK's. At the end, the refugees end up with almost all prisoners and loot if you have very few men.
