Referenced memory error (Warband 1.154 only)

Hi guys, I recenly gotten into moods to play M&B and updated Warbands (on Steam) to 1.154.
And it always crashed on desktop with referenced memory errors.
I searched Taleworlds and the Internet for solutions but I have tried so far:
- start Windows with no startup (not worked)
- updated and scanned my Windows files (no error)
- download Warbands from TW and install seperately / verifying WB files on steam with no avail
- update all of my Adobe, Graphic card, Direct X, etc.

Most games run just fine on my computer expect Warbands, and I only encoutered referenced memory error with Warbands. I played WFAS just fine
So any suggestions?

I was crashing as well, try turning off TS overlay. That fixed it for me.

I don't even have TS

Do you have your page file disabled, or managed by system?
how much ram do you have?
