Redwood villages

Are the redwood villages populated by elves, or the peasants are supposed to be human like in the other settlements, oh and is it possible to be friendly with the third legion, I never tried but Im curious about that.

I think there will be elves in villages in 0.7 and yes it's possible to get good relations with Third Legion.
