It's not because 0.1 and 0.3 mcriograms sounds small that it's small. If it causes small health dangers, well it causes health dangers.

There was a TV show in England that got a priest to eat loads of poppy seed covered bread and sent him off for a drugs test. He tested positive for Heroin despite having never taken any drugs. I think it was on an early series of Brainiac.

It's trace amounts of cocaine. I think they said that you need to drink so much Red Bull to get any sort of cocaine 'high', that you'd already be dead from over-consumption of water/whatever else is in it.


Nos actually has a chemical in it that is life threatening. I can't remember the name though, but it is also a trace amount.
