Recruting system

firstly great mod. i love the armor weapons and all that this mod brings

second: i took a city and i dont know to recruit troops. in vanila u had the counstable but here i cant recruit troops for my city.
pls help me

You need a training ground to hire noble recruits. If you want to employ regular recruits into your garrison, there's an option to do so with the steward.

Ask your steward, which can be found in your city lords' chamber, about "recruiting from nearby villages". And after some time you'll get some fresh recruits. Of course you can do it manually, just by riding over nearby villages, and picking "recruit" option.  There's also option to recruit nobles via your steward as well, though, first you must have some (their number increases every week you get budget report). Churches and monasteries increase these numbers.
