Recruiting REAL Soldiers

How does one recruit soldiers such as Zolnier or Reiters?

The only soldiers i have right now are some well equipped  Merc horsemen (Saddle horse, Chain mail, Pistol, Lance)
And musket militiamen (Veteran) from Polish villages, I'm playing as polish commonwealth, so i would mainly want Zolnier and such.

thats not hard
1. u need faction, and that faction will have some good knhigts: etc. polish commonealth - winged hussar  Sweden- reiters and .....
2. u need go to any castle, then choose enter the centre of the city. THen choose Commander, if tht city don thave it then go to other city and find it.
3. after pressing commander u will be able to choose any solders u want, u have to pay for em. etc it sais winged hussar - 4 copper (copper means how long it takes to train em) and then golds price.
4. after choosing that u have to leave and come back to it again after 4 days etc. (u have take as long as COPPER sais)
5. after u comeback to the same city (after 4 days) u have do it again, go to the center- commander ands then choose take soldeiers or something liek that.
6. keep moving on all citys like that and u can get abou 50 reiters in 4 days.
